Parts of Speech - Adjectives

PronounsA pronoun is a word that replaces a noun or a group of words used as a noun.

used as adjectivesAdjectives modify or affect the meaning of nouns and pronouns and tell us which, whose, what kind, and how many about the nouns or pronouns they modify.

are called pronominal adjectives.  Pronouns can be used as adjectives, but they are not always adjectives as the seven mentioned in Lesson 31Demonstrative pronounsDemonstrative pronouns are pronouns that point out.  Source: Lesson 27, this, that, these, thoseinterrogative pronounsInterrogative pronouns ask questions.  Source: Lesson 29, whose, which, what; and indefinite pronounsIndefinite pronouns are pronouns that do not point out specifically.
